A house lies in tatters in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, the capital of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in eastern Ukraine, after shelling on 12 August which the Russian-backed authorities attribute to Ukraine's armed forces. The authorities claim that one man died in the strike.
