Woman's grief as Evri loses precious package containing her dog's ashes - as the courier says the parcel is simply 'unaccounted for'

A mother-of-two has seen the grief of her dog's passing compounded by a delivery company losing his ashes and collar. Courier service Evri now say the ashes are 'unaccounted for'.
