Warning as 'healthy' 20 year-old is killed by vegetarian ready meal: 'Within 10 minutes she was struggling to breathe'

Jess North, 20, died within 5 days of eating the sweet potato dish, after deciding against her mother's meat roast dinner. While she knew it contained peanuts, she'd eaten it before and 'was fine'.
